1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1ji platform — whether through the website at 1ji.app, the Android application, or any other channel through which 1ji makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 1ji, including slot games, fish games, bingo, sports betting and all associated account, deposit and withdrawal functions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform or create an account.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on 1ji. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being reviewed.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and any other information requested by 1ji. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 1ji support immediately.

• Account credentials must not be transferred to or shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a breach to 1ji support.
• 1ji reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any stage of the account relationship.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 1ji are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as made available on the platform.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• You are depositing funds that have been legally obtained.
• You understand that deposits used in gameplay are generally non-refundable.

1ji does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.

Deposits from third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in your name, or sources that 1ji considers suspicious will be declined and the matter escalated for review. Attempting to deposit funds from a third-party source is a breach of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may withdraw funds to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer depending on your account setup and the withdrawal amounts involved.

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Account identity verification being complete. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals held pending documentation.
• The balance available for withdrawal being free from active wagering requirements or pending bonus conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as published on the withdrawal page.

1ji reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests before processing. In the event of a suspected breach of these terms, withdrawals may be delayed while the review is completed.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically clear within a few hours of the request being processed by the 1ji payments team. Bank Transfer withdrawals follow standard banking timelines and may take longer.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on 1ji operate according to the rules and paytables published within each individual game's information section. By playing any game on 1ji, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

Slot games and fish games on 1ji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every outcome is generated independently and unpredictably. There are no patterns, cycles or strategies that can influence the outcome of any RNG-based game. RTP percentages published for each slot title represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

• Game outcomes determined and paid in accordance with the rules displayed at the time of play are final.
• Malfunction of a game voids all plays and pays associated with that malfunction.
• Using automated software, bots or any external tool to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities or undocumented game behaviour will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on 1ji are settled according to the official results of the relevant sporting event as declared by the official governing body. For cricket, this includes PSL results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board and international cricket results as declared by the ICC.

Key sports betting terms:

• Bet acceptance: 1ji reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear suspicious or that exceed the platform's liability threshold for a particular event.
• In-play betting: In-play markets update in real time. Bets accepted by the platform at a confirmed price are binding on both parties, subject to settlement rules.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided in the event of event cancellation, postponement (beyond a defined period), or where a price error can be demonstrated. Voided bets are refunded as credit.
• Accumulator bets: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections stand and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided leg.

• 1ji reserves the right to modify, withdraw or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify 1ji support. Knowingly retaining and using an erroneously credited bonus is a breach of these terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any external tool to play games, place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit structural weaknesses in any game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or undocumented platform behaviour for financial gain.
• Sharing account access with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Deliberately placing bets on behalf of a suspended or excluded player.
• Any conduct that 1ji reasonably believes constitutes fraud, deception or a threat to the integrity of the platform.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

1ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been breached. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 10.

In the event of account suspension:

• Your access to the platform will be restricted immediately.
• Any pending bets or active game rounds at the time of suspension will be reviewed and settled in accordance with these terms.
• Balances associated with accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, account access will be restored and any held balance returned.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 1ji support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed by 1ji solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity and improving the platform experience. 1ji does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

1ji provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues and connectivity problems beyond our control may affect availability.

• 1ji is not liable for any financial loss resulting from platform unavailability, data transmission errors or interruptions to in-play betting markets caused by circumstances outside our control.
