Getting Your 1ji Account Set Up

Questions about creating, verifying and managing your 1ji account.

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Your account becomes active immediately after completing the form. You can then go to the Deposit page to top up your PKR balance and start playing.

18 years. 1ji is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 or above at the time of registration. Age is confirmed during the registration process and 1ji can request identity documentation at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed and associated balances handled per the Terms and Conditions.

No. Each player is allowed exactly one active 1ji account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, both are subject to review and possible closure. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option on the Login page or contact support — do not register a new one.

Use the password recovery option on the Login page. A recovery code or link is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enter the code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to that phone number, contact 1ji support directly with your account details — support will walk you through a manual verification process.

Some personal details can be updated directly from account settings after logging in. For a phone number change, you will need to initiate the change while you still have access to the old number — the platform sends a verification code to confirm the switch. If you have already lost access to the old number, contact support with identity verification to process the update manually.

Account suspension can result from an outstanding identity verification requirement, a responsible gaming restriction you previously set, a Terms and Conditions review, or suspicious activity detection. Contact 1ji support with your registered phone number for the specific reason and the steps required to resolve it. Support will not reinstate an account without completing the required verification steps.

Moving Money In and Out of Your Account

Questions about PKR deposits, payment methods, withdrawal timelines and limits.

1ji supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR — there is no need to convert currency or use international payment methods. Visit the Deposit page for the current list of active methods and any minimum deposit amounts.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your 1ji balance within seconds of confirming the transaction in your mobile wallet. In most cases the balance updates before you can navigate back to the games lobby. If a deposit has not appeared after five minutes, check that the transaction completed on the wallet side before contacting support.

Withdrawal requests are submitted through your account dashboard. Funds go back to your registered payment method — the same JazzCash number, Easypaisa account, bank account or card used for deposits. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Your account must not have any outstanding verification requirements for a withdrawal to be processed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. The current limits for each method are displayed on the Deposit page when you select a payment option. If you want to set a personal maximum below the platform limit for responsible gaming purposes, use the deposit limit tool in your account settings.

First confirm the transaction is showing as successful in your JazzCash transaction history — not just pending. If the payment completed on the JazzCash side more than 10 minutes ago and still has not appeared in your 1ji balance, contact support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash history. The support team can trace the payment and credit it manually if a processing delay is confirmed.

Bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements that are stated when the bonus is awarded. Once you have met the wagering requirement, the resulting balance is treated as regular funds and can be withdrawn via the standard withdrawal process. The specific terms for each bonus — wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit — are communicated when the bonus is credited to your account.

Yes. In-play betting is available on supported fixtures including PSL and T20 internationals. Markets update in real time as the match progresses — odds shift with the state of the game. Some markets suspend temporarily between deliveries or during reviews. In-play betting is accessible through the Bet page when a supported fixture is live.

Odds on 1ji are displayed in decimal format. Decimal odds represent the total return per PKR 1 staked — including the original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a PKR 500 bet return PKR 1,250 (PKR 750 profit + PKR 500 stake) if successful. This format is straightforward to calculate and is the most widely used internationally.

Bets are settled and credited to your PKR balance after the relevant event or market has concluded and the result is confirmed. For most cricket markets this happens within minutes of the match result being official. For markets that depend on an official review or statistical confirmation, settlement may take slightly longer. You can check the status of open bets in your account's bet history at any time.

Settlement rules for abandoned or weather-affected matches depend on the specific market and how much of the match was completed. In most cases, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under DLS or standard rules, bets are voided and stakes returned to your account. Using the 1ji App and Fixing Common Issues

App installation, device compatibility and browser play questions.

The 1ji Android app is available via the App page. The APK is downloaded directly — it is not distributed through the Google Play Store. Before installing, you may need to allow installations from unknown sources in your Android settings. Full installation instructions are on the App page. iOS is currently not supported — iPhone users can access 1ji through the mobile browser.

No. The entire 1ji platform is accessible through any modern mobile browser — Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox. You can register, deposit, play games and bet on cricket all through the browser without installing anything. The app offers faster loading and better in-play betting performance, but it is optional.

Try these steps in order: close and reopen the app; check that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is active; restart your phone; uninstall and reinstall the app using the latest APK from the App page. If the issue persists, check whether the browser version of 1ji loads normally — if it does, the problem is app-specific and worth reporting to support with your device model and Android version.

Yes. Your balance, bet history, deposit history and account settings are all stored server-side and sync automatically regardless of how you access 1ji. A deposit made through the browser will appear in the app and vice versa. You use the same login credentials across both — there is no separate account for app and browser use.

Log in, go to account settings and open the responsible gaming section. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory waiting period before it activates — this is intentional, to prevent in-session decisions from overriding limits set when thinking clearly.

A cooling-off period is a short-term account lock of 1–30 days — useful if you want a break without a longer commitment. Self-exclusion is a more substantial step, typically several months or longer, intended for players who feel they need to step away from gaming for a meaningful period. Both suspend all account activity. Self-exclusion is more difficult to reverse. See the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on choosing the right option.

Your balance is preserved during self-exclusion — it will not be forfeited. You cannot play with it during the exclusion period, but you can request a withdrawal. If you want to withdraw your balance while excluded, contact 1ji support and the withdrawal will be processed while keeping the account locked.

Start by reviewing your deposit and play history in your account dashboard — the actual numbers give a clearer picture than memory alone. If the numbers concern you, set a deposit limit immediately and consider a cooling-off period.
