Using the Wrong Phone Number Format

Your account is registered to your Pakistani mobile number. Try entering it with the country code (+92) if without prefix is not working, or without it if +92 is not working. The platform accepts both formats.

Account Under a Cooling-Off or Self-Exclusion Period

If you set a cooling-off period or self-exclusion on your account, login will be blocked for the duration of that period. This is intentional. If you need to access your balance for a withdrawal during exclusion, contact support directly.

Connection or App Issue

If the login page is not loading correctly, try refreshing, clearing your browser cache or restarting the app. Mobile data connections sometimes cause temporary loading issues — switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi often resolves them.
